Judging by the number of things I have read about all the day-drinking->

and some people afraid to go back into the office because they are used to drinking throughout the day/....I'd say the rules have been waived or something or the sort.

COVID has had a HUGE influence on the number of problem drinkers. It was just TOO easy and thought to be "cute" and cool. to start drinking earlier and earlier...That COULDN'T end well for a large number of people!
